Replacing a condemned stove in Wetherby
Hot Box Stoves installed a wonderful new wood burning stove in a house in Wetherby North Yorkshire. The existing appliance in this case had to be condemned as it had reached the end of its useful life. The recess was revamped by lining it with old clamp style bricks bedded and pointed in lime mortar. The tiled hearth was lifted and replaced with indianstone flags. The appliance is a Dru 44 multifuel stove which was connected to a 316 grade flexible flue liner.
