Installation of your wood burning stove

This could not be simpler. If you re thinking of installing a woodburner or multifuel stove please get in touch and leave us your details either on the enquiry form or by phone. An engineer will then call you in order to arrange a mutually convenient time to visit site and discuss your requirements.

The process is then as follows:-

• Our engineer will meet you and be able to advise you on which stove is suitable for your geographical location, room size and property type and then provide you with a brochure containing varied range of stoves to take a look at.

• Our engineer will carry out a full survey on your properties chimney stack and fireplace in order to ascertain its suitability for your intended installation. We will offer advice and solutions to any potential problems during the survey so that we are able to tailor your quotation.

• You choose your stove type and style based upon the advice of our engineer so that together we are able to provide the most efficient stove for your property and then let us know.

• We will provide you with a free specification and quotation based upon the information that we have gathered during our site visit. The quotation can be broken down as requested so that you are able to see the cost of all aspects of the works and any accessories that you may wish to add.

• Should you wish to carry out your installation with Hot Box Stoves simply confirm by e mail or telephone letting us know if you would like to source your own stove or you would like us to source it for you.

• Now we can arrange an installation date to suit you.
