Shipping

No problem, Hot Box are flexible when it comes to amending any order made through their store.

Not an issue, so long as you notify its before the item has ben sent, we will ensure it finds its way to the right place.

Sadly, not many of our products are eligible for same day delivery, this is usually to do with size and weight.

Payment

Please let us know as soon as possible, orders can be modified up until the point the product has been shipped.

Returns

On most Gozney Outdoor pizza oven this should not be an issue. If you need to alter or change your order please let us know in good time and we will do our best.

Most Gozney Outdoor pizza ovens have a lead time, as such, a change of shipping address should not be a problem. If you need your pizza oven delivered to an alternative address please provide as much notice as possible.

At present, same day delivery is not possible on your Gozney Outdoor pizza oven. However, for summer 2021 we aim to offer a next day service on Roccbox from stock.
