Stove Project Overview

Created  recess with concrete and steel lintel, fireboard lined and a slate hearth with oak beam detail.

Parkray Aspect 4 on a 225mm log store base and a Schiedel 316 Stainless Steel Twin Skin flue liner.

A brand new fireplace was created for this client using their existing chimney as a starting point. 

We opened up the recess of the chimney to accommodate the new wood burning stove. As part of the installation we were instructed to install a brand new matt black hearth.

Whilst the recess was opened up we ensured our dust extraction equipment was in action reducing where possible the fallout from the brick work. Once the area was opened up we cleared down the excess brickwork and installed a concrete lintel.

The internal of the recess was lined and the hearth placed into position.

Once the internal work was completed our team plaster finished the front of the fireplace and installed a new oak beam detail. 

This fantastic newly created fireplace now required a log burner. On this project our clients opted for the Parkray Aspect 4 the smaller version of the Aspect range but equally as nice.

Featuring a large viewing window as do all aspect stoves this little Aspect 4 also included a small log store platform.
