How you cook with the Roccbox is up to you, the unit is supplied as standard with wood and gas burners.

Gas Pizza Oven…

Connect the gas burner to a standard propane bottle for ease and convenience. Your oven will be up to temperature in no time allowing you to rival the pizza production of your local brach of Dominos. 

Wood pizza oven…

The wood burner provides an authentic pizza experience and can be fun to use and offers the versatility of total portability.

The wood burner requires kiln dried hardwood sticks of around 125mm long and 25mm thick, give or take.

Remember, using the wood burner requires a little bit more preparation but saves carrying a gas tank around, bring a local scout along to prepare the kindling!

Further the Roccbox is conveniently positioned on folding legs the oven can be placed on the floor or a table.

The tripod configuration of the legs provides stability on almost any surface.

An in built thermometer lets you know when the oven is up to cooking temperature, and with cooking temperatures of 500°C you won’t have to wait long!
