Stove Project Overview

Burley Owston Wood Burning Stove and a 316 Stainless Steel Schiedel Flue Liner transforming an original and wonderful Victorian Range.

During the home survey, our surveyor had viewed the clients decayed Aga Little Wenlock stove that was condemned for numerous safety reasons.

After much consideration, taking into account the small space as well as the overall look, Burley Owston was chosen.

Burley Owston is the smallest of Burley’s range, yet, with 88.9% efficiency it delivers up to 4.1kW of heat.

It is a well-engineered and solidly built wood burning stove offering an impressive view of the fire.

Our stove fitters re-created a recess, installed the stove with a new flue liner, pipes and connectors.

The end result

The clients were absolutely delighted with the expertise offered, the installation process as well as the chosen Burley stove.

They were pleased with how well this contemporary design stove incorporated with the existing cooking range.

As always, the stove was fully tested and commissioned using our no-fail Hot Box® Firestarter.
