Corrugated Roof Flashings

Corrugated Roof Flashings from Hot Box Stoves provide long-lasting, watertight seals for flue and pipe penetrations through profiled metal or fibre-cement sheets.
Choose EPDM flashings for standard-temperature roofs or high-temperature silicone boots for stove and pizza-oven flues. Each flashing is engineered to flex with roof movement, conform to corrugations and resist UV, heat and weathering.

We stock standard and retro-fit split designs, colour-matched bases and full installation accessories—screws, sealants and butyl tapes—for a professional finish.

Why Choose Our Corrugated Flashings

  • Right material for the job: EPDM for up to ~100–120 °C; silicone for higher flue temps.
  • Corrugation-friendly bases: square or malleable bases that conform to profiles for a tight seal.
  • Less leak risk: correct fasteners, butyl tapes and sealants specified for sheet roofing.
  • Install options: supply only, or book our fitters (UK-wide via network).

Sizing & Fitting — Quick Tips

  • Measure pipe OD and select the cone size range accordingly; trim on ring guides.
  • Match the base to your sheet profile (corrugated or trapezoidal) and fix through crests with neoprene-sealed screws.
  • Use butyl under the base and a compatible high-temp sealant around the cone for flues.
  • Retro-fit? Choose split/zip models to wrap around existing pipes without disassembly.
