Felt Roof Flashings for Flat & Bitumen Roofs

Felt Roof Flashings from Hot Box® Stoves provide a watertight, flexible seal where flue pipes and vents penetrate
flat or bitumen-felt roofs. Designed for performance and durability, each flashing base bonds securely to
felt, bitumen and EPDM membranes, creating a clean, leak-free finish around roof penetrations.

We supply EPDM boots for standard applications and high-temperature silicone flashings for wood-burning and pizza-oven flues.
Choose retro-fit (split) versions to wrap around existing pipes or flat-base models for new installations.
Each product is UV-resistant, weather-tight and easy to install using butyl tapes, primers and sealants.

Every order includes fast UK delivery and optional Hot Box® fitting support.

Felt Roof Flashings (EPDM & Bitumen Compatible)

Watertight penetration flashings for flat felt roofs—choose EPDM boots for standard temps and high-temperature silicone for stove or pizza-oven flues. Flat/malleable bases bond to bitumen felt and single-ply surfaces, flexing with movement while resisting UV, heat and weathering. Pick retro-fit/split models for existing pipes or standard boots for new installs.

Why Choose Our Felt Roof Flashings

  • Bitumen & EPDM friendly: flat or malleable bases for strong adhesion on felt and single-ply.
  • Right material, right temp: EPDM for ~100–120 °C; silicone for higher flue temperatures.
  • Leak-risk reduced: specified primers, butyl tapes and compatible sealants for flat roofs.
  • Buy or fit: order components online, or book our fitting team UK-wide.

Sizing & Fitting — Quick Tips

  • Measure pipe OD and select the cone range; trim on ring guides for a snug fit.
  • Prepare the surface: clean & dry felt; use compatible primers/adhesives per membrane guidance.
  • Seal correctly: use butyl under the base; finish with approved high-temp sealant around the cone for flues.
  • Retro-fit? Choose split/zip models to wrap around existing pipes without disassembly.
