So what’s the beef Traeger?

Having been successfully trading significant volumes of Traeger smoker accessories and pellets via Amazon for over a year, we are asking the same question. Something to do with a new Traeger policy which prevents resellers, such as Hot Box, from peddling Traeger branded goods on third party platforms. However, based upon our recent sales volumes of all things Traeger, via such, it does seem a shame to completely eradicate this part of our burins. Importantly, we are not alone, Hot Box are not the only Traeger dealers to be reprimanded, for such beastly selling practices, slight sarcastic tone… Other combines, who also offer such Traeger smoker products, will have to comply based upon a new agreement that comes into farce later this month.

Let’s not argue or be deterred, we are better than that. We remain available to offer levels of service that would make Mr Bezos proud. Our own Traeger section has had an overhaul and our shipping times are now faster than ever. This is mainly down to our York showroom setting themselves as a UPS access point. Meaning that once your order is placed, it is packed and collected each day at around 13:00. Once it leaves us, the guys at UPS will manage the logistics which to date have been 95% reliable for every order placed. What about pricing? Well, the good news is, our rates will be better than on Amazon. Because we don’t have to pay the fees to keep Jeffs yacht bobbing around the Med, we can actually do better! Our pricing for Traeger pellets is about as good as it gets. All other items are priced to sell. So, from July, forget Amazon for Traeger, get over to Hot Box, we are ready to smoke!
