The Country Living Bembridge is a distinctive wood-burning stove created exclusively for Country Living magazine. As part of this special collaboration, Charnwood designed a model that blends modern functionality with rustic charm. It features a removable door handle, a single air control, and an inlet for external air ducting. Together, these features ensure that the Bembridge burns exceptionally clean with superb efficiency.

Eco-Friendly and Smoke Control Approved

Importantly, the Bembridge is DEFRA exempt, which means you can burn wood cleanly in smoke control areas. Moreover, it is Ecodesign Ready, exceeding the 2022 environmental standards for emissions and performance. Exclusively for this model, it is available in five colours, including two Country Living exclusives: Soft Green and French Grey.

Reliable Features with Elegant Touches

The Bembridge offers the same tried-and-tested features you’d expect from a Charnwood stove. It includes Cleanburn Airwash Technology for a clear view of the fire. Additionally, it has a drop-down throat plate for sweeping the chimney directly through the stove. A brass and wooden handle adds a stylish and tactile finishing touch.

High-Quality Build and Ideal Output

With a rated output of 5.0kW (range 2–5.5 kW), the Bembridge suits small to medium-sized spaces. It is made from robust plate steel, cast iron, fire bricks, and ceramic glass. Therefore, it offers both long-lasting performance and excellent heat retention.

Tailor It to Your Space

To suit your layout, you can choose from various optional accessories and configurations. These include a drop-in grate, flue boiler, rear heatshield, and vertical rear flue adaptor. Furthermore, the stove is available with either a store stand or high legs. You also get to select from five colour options, including the two Country Living exclusives.
